Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. Here's everything you need to know about our refund and credit policies.

No Cash Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final.
Credits Only
Eligible refunds are issued as platform credits, not cash or bank transfers.
Failed Builds Only
Credit refunds are only available when our system fails to generate your app.

Understanding Our Policy

We've designed our refund policy to be fair and straightforward

No Monetary Refunds

Once you purchase credits on APPYZEEN, those credits are non-refundable in terms of cash, bank transfers, or any other monetary form. This policy exists because we allocate server resources the moment you make a purchase, and these costs cannot be recovered.

We encourage you to start with our smaller credit packages if you're new to the platform. This way, you can test our service before committing to larger purchases.

Successful Builds Are Final

When your app builds successfully and you're able to download the APK or AAB file, the transaction is considered complete. We cannot offer refunds or credits for successfully generated apps, even if:

You change your mind after the build, you entered incorrect information, your website changed after building, the app doesn't meet your personal expectations, or you no longer need the app.

Please double-check all your inputs before initiating a build. Preview your settings carefully—once the build completes, your credits are consumed.

When Credit Refunds Apply

We understand that technical issues can happen. If our build system fails to generate your app due to a server-side error, infrastructure problem, or any fault on our end, we will refund the credits used for that build attempt.

This credit refund is automatic in most cases. If you notice credits were deducted but received no downloadable file and no error was on your end, please contact our support team with your build ID.

  • Build failed due to server error
  • System timeout during build process
  • Infrastructure or maintenance issues
  • Credits deducted but no file generated
  • Duplicate charge for single build
Not Eligible for Refund
  • App built successfully (any reason)
  • Incorrect URL or settings entered
  • Website down or inaccessible
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • App rejected by Google Play Store
  • Unused credits (no expiry)

How to Request Credit Refund

Simple steps to get your credits back for failed builds

Identify the Failed Build
Go to your dashboard and locate the build that failed. Note down the Build ID—you'll find it in your build history.

Contact Support
Reach out to us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Provide your Build ID, registered email, and a brief description of what happened.

Verification
Our team will review the build logs to verify the failure was on our end. This usually takes a few hours.

Credits Restored
Once verified, credits will be added back to your account. You'll receive a confirmation notification.
Important Things to Remember

Credits never expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely. There's no rush to use them, and they'll be waiting for you whenever you're ready to build.

Test before you buy big. We recommend starting with a smaller package to familiarize yourself with our platform. Once you're confident in how everything works, you can purchase larger bundles.

Double-check your inputs. Before hitting the build button, verify your website URL, app name, package name, and icon. Small mistakes can lead to builds you didn't intend.
